Shipping policy

How much do you charge for shipping?

We have two shipping rates - one for glass and one for most other items (molds, fusing supplies, waterjet cuts).

Shipping for glass is a flat rate of $14.99 per order. All other orders have a flat rate of $10.95. Supply orders (not glass) over $200 qualify for free shipping. If you order both glass and supplies, both rates will apply as glass is shipped from a different location than supplies.

Note - If items ordered are not in stock, they will be refunded. If 75% of the order is in stock, it will still be processed. If less than 75% of the order is in stock, we will reach out and provide 48 hours to respond, allowing you to decide whether you wish for the order to be fulfilled. If we do not hear back within 48 hours we will fulfill the order. 

In addition, if you order equipment (grinders, kilns) those may have a different shipping rate - which will be indicated in the items description.

Where do you ship?

You can currently order supplies to ship to the United States and Canada. Glass is only available to ship in the United States. We can ship to other countries; however, you must contact us for a quote.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive your package in the mail and it is damaged, please take photos of the outside of the package and the damaged item and email us at hello@discountglasssupply.com with any additional information. We will process a damage report and work to replace your items.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, if you prefer to pick up your items, you can select this option at check out. You will receive a notification once your items are available for pickup. We are open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
