Refund policy

We do not accept returns of merchandise. If your order is damaged, please refer to our shipping policy. For any questions, you can always contact us at hello@discountglasssupply.com

Note - If items ordered are not in stock, they will be refunded. If 75% of the order is in stock, it will still be processed. If less than 75% of the order is in stock, we will reach out and provide 48 hours to respond, allowing you to decide whether you wish for the order to be fulfilled. If we do not hear back within 48 hours, we will fulfill the order. 

Given that all kilns fire differently, we recommend using a fusing schedule that works best for you in consultation with any manufacturer's suggestions. If a mold breaks after firing, please get in touch with the manufacturer.
